We were looking for a comfortable spot near the station, and this place offered great value for the price.
“Walking distance from Roma Termini train station for a quick overnight between trains.”
I chose this hotel because of its proximity to Roma Termini, making it an easy walk to and from the train station. Finding the building was harder than I’d hoped; a nearby shopkeeper eventually pointed out the correct building and, after I couldn’t get a response by calling, he suggested I check another hotel across the street. The manager/owner there was waiting for me and said he had sent a message to call him, but I didn’t receive any message after my international flight—likely because it was sent to my Italian phone number, which was disabled by the eSIM I had while traveling. I’d prefer to have all check‑in details at the time of booking so I can add them to my itinerary, and most hotels send the information twice to ensure no one misses it.
“弄壞我的行李箱不敢承認！我詢問可否寄放行李後房東打給我說留在房間即可、他們的房務員會在整理房間時幫我們把行李拿到對面的hetel(他們是同一個老闆） 結果把我們的全新行李箱弄壞不敢承認！也不賠償！爛人！”
I asked if I could leave my luggage, and the host told me to just keep it in the room while the housekeeper would bring it to the opposite hotel—same owner. The housekeeper ended up damaging my brand‑new suitcase and wouldn’t admit it or compensate. Total disappointment.
