The proximity to Union Station and other landmarks is great, but the room had cardboard cups and they were very expensive.

The location and room cleanliness are fine, but I had to move my car from P1 to P1 before 6 pm because of P1’s capacity, which forced me to leave the hotel mid‑movie at TIFF and waste unnecessary time; the parking garage at P2 was under maintenance and only allowed one way in and out, causing traffic.

The location is good, but the experience was unacceptable: one night I returned to find my room door wide open, clearly left unlocked by the cleaning staff, putting my safety and belongings at risk. The stress of checking for missing items was awful, so I stopped requesting housekeeping for the rest of my stay, expecting a much higher standard of security and professionalism.
