The location of the hotel is nice, but it doesn’t even deserve a single star. The place was filthy and the bathroom had a terrible smell, the room sheets were dirty, and the AC broke during the night for over 5 hours. I called them more than once.

Nothing, the booking and reception were chaotic, the staff member Islam was rude, angry when I answered, even barged in while I was sleeping and violated my privacy, and the valet hit my car without telling me, so I demanded full compensation.
