The location, design, and the owners’ approach to guests (we received his homemade welcome drink), massage chair for guest use, and fully equipped kitchen for guest use. Nothing else.

The hosts were very friendly, and breakfast was served in a beautiful garden. The building includes a fully equipped kitchenette. There is public parking, and the city centre is reachable on foot or by bus from a nearby stop.

The room was clean with a private balcony and the breakfast was good. However, there was no hot water at 10 pm when we returned, and again at 8 am when we woke up; only around 9–10 am after breakfast did hot water become available. The bathroom is very small. Free parking is available on the public street, but you must find a spot.

The bedding, cleanliness, and staff were all acceptable. The downside was having to present yourself at the MD at a fixed time requested by the owner upon arrival. There is no mini‑bar or fridge in the room, and the courtyard lacks any relaxation spots like a bench or a swing.

Good room and breakfast for a cheap price, very quiet area and very nice hosts, decent people. nothing
