Everything was great, especially the receptionist who was so friendly, kind, and had a beautiful smile that made us feel welcome. Kudos to the staff—they’re amazing. Nothing negative.

The staff and housekeeping were excellent, but the elevator made noise and the toilet was unstable.

The breakfast was pretty good, the beds were comfortable but I didn’t sleep well because of noise from above. When we arrived to check in the employee said she didn’t see that I had booked 2 rooms, and after checking me in she couldn’t check my friend under my reservation, so she ended up charging her $100 more than she should have. She also put me in a room with one bed and a pull‑out couch even though we had kids and needed 2 beds, so I had to go back downstairs and switch to a room with 2 beds. The employee was not helpful at all!
