The owners were very polite, the balcony offered a fantastic jungle view, and the breakfasts were delicious.

The hosts were kind, the breakfasts were good, and the host’s Tuk Tuk was helpful; animals perched in the trees during breakfast. It’s a bit far from the center but very quiet.

Every morning we had a Sri Lankan breakfast that was slightly different each day, and the weather was consistently pleasant. Our kids enjoyed playing with Himansa’s children so much they didn’t want to explore the surroundings anymore. It’s useful to know that a steep flight of stairs leads to the cottage, but Himansa brings your luggage up quickly. The view from the top is beautiful.

The breakfast and the love with which it was served were great. The cold shower was a problem; normally it’s fine, but when we were there it was 11 °C 🥶.
