“Horrible experience pics are misleading”

Nothing! Horrible service. Dirty room, curtains were dingy, the Wi‑Fi didn’t work. The pictures on the website were very misleading… Old hotel with a tainted smell. I will never stay here. Always view your hotel in person before booking; it will save you a lot of disappointment and stress.

“Un hotel aceptable, a buen precio en el corazón de Bocagrande”

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and appreciate its good location for anyone wanting to be in Bocagrande, just a second line from the beach (about 5 minutes walk) and next to a full range of restaurants, shops and 24‑hour services; however, the breakfast was never decent—still poor, limited and lacking variety. Some staff members were inattentive and even rude at times, and it’s absurd that when several guests share a room they only receive one key card for unclear reasons. The hotel’s policies are bizarre; for example, whenever someone leaves the room with another person inside, a staff member will come and open the door for you—unbelievable.

“Alojamiento no pensado para huéspedes faltan miles de detalles”

The location is great and the bed is super comfortable. The downside is that the reception is a bit of a climb, and the bathroom is awkwardly small with no small tables or furniture to hold your toiletries.
