The staff were very nice and friendly in a pleasant part of Zhangjiajie. The location is close to the bus shuttle to Tianmen Mountain and to good restaurants. The bed is large and comfortable, and the staff are incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. The value for money is good. The shower was too close to the toilet and the room had a faint tobacco smell, but overall it’s a good hotel.

Jerry is wonderful, speaks great English, and will help you with anything; the room was amazing, clean, quiet, and comfortable. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the Lower Mountain cable car for Tianmen Mountain, and I found the hotel very easy to find.

We stayed in rooms separate from the central building, a very large and clean room, and the staff were helpful with instructions and advice. The neighborhood is rich in restaurants and the cable car is conveniently reachable on foot.
