“Wonderful venue”
This was by far the best venue out of the seven I stayed at on my German tour. Set in a remote village surrounded by farms and livestock, every detail from the breakfast bar and kitchen layout to the slippers given at check‑in showed a keen eye for detail and excellent organization. All rooms were spotless and tidy, and the personal touches made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. They offered dinner when I arrived after the usual time, and their vegan breakfast choices were great, even including chia seeds. The vegan lentil soup for dinner was delicious and offered great value. A mini‑market cupboard stocked with pasta and sauces let guests cook themselves, which was a nice touch since the nearest grocery store was at least an hour’s walk away. They were the only place on my trip to reply to a message, proving how thoughtful and well‑organized the hosts are. It was a wonderful end to my trip. Anyone planning to visit Bavaria should definitely consider this venue. The only downside was the limited public transport; if that’s your only option, the sparse connections to places like Garmisch‑Partenkirchen or Füssen mean you might not have enough time to explore. This spot is ideal for cyclists, car‑owners, or long‑distance hikers staying just one night.
