The room and bed were acceptable, but even though I booked an accessible room on the first floor, I was handed a second‑floor room and had to climb a long flight of stairs; I did get help moving my luggage up and back down, yet it made the night and the next day harder, especially since my non‑ambulatory cousin wasn’t with me to help.

The hotel is close to the casinos, but when we arrived an hour after check‑in the room was still unfinished and they said another hour was needed; when we came back they were unsure if it was ready.
