I liked almost everything: the staff were very polite and welcoming, the room was comfortable, the pool was lovely and warm, and the breakfast was excellent. The bathroom had a leaking shower.

Nothing good. The accommodation only provided a shower; the bed was hard and totally uncomfortable. I do not recommend it!!! The breakfast was HORRIBLE!! Everything was cold, disorganized, dirty, and nothing tasty or well‑made! We left the hotel and had to find a bakery for breakfast because it was that bad… This is outrageous for the room rate. It’s not worth it!! It only makes sense for the location, and even then there are better hotels at a similar price near the promenade. I do not recommend the hotel. When we arrived at Alzira Park Hotel, there was no information about Wi‑Fi, breakfast, the pool, or the party happening in the hotel hall… absolutely NOTHING. A terrible experience and beyond expectations!!

The breakfast was very good. Everyone who attended us was always very attentive and welcoming. Great location. The bathroom had a very high sink and the shower cubicle had poor slope to the drain, causing excessive water build‑up.

Nothing positive to note. The curtains were filthy, the yellow blanket was dirty, breakfast was a mess, everything was missing, the kitchen was overwhelmed by the crowd.
