This apartment has a few bright spots that caught my eye. The gate and interior décor give it a beautiful look, and DSTV offers a decent selection of shows. The kitchen is handy, letting us cook our own meals, which is a plus in a shared space. On the downside, the shower was covered in mould and cleaning didn’t help. The area has poor sewage management, so the bathroom always smells bad and the window curtain is stained. The old air‑conditioner is unreliable, and even after changing the bedding it stayed stained. Only one towel was provided for two people, and the hand towel never got replaced. The kitchen, while useful, was in a bad state with dirty equipment and surfaces. All in all, the apartment needs major work on cleanliness and upkeep.
