The staff were friendly, rooms clean and comfortable, showers hot, breakfast tasty, and the view was amazing; we stayed close to Dollywood, which was very convenient. Everything was perfect for me.

I stayed in a room just a few steps away from the pool, which was a relief since the hotel lacked an outdoor pool. The price was absurdly high, yet my room cost $225 less than everyone else's and it was spotless and superior.
