Overall, it was an okay stay, but they really need to think about making the place more accessible for people with disabilities. A bit of a shame, really.

The staff here are super friendly and helpful, they showed us around and explained everything. They even got the sauna nice and hot for us. But, honestly, the room was a bit of a disaster - it was dirty, the bed was unclean, and the bathroom was a mess. And get this, there were mice, cockroaches, and spiders running around, plus hair everywhere on the bed and floor. The shower had no hot water, and the dirty windows ruined the view.

Everything was great, but the room needed a good clean - it was a bit grimy. Staff were really helpful when I checked in late, and the location was perfect. The room itself was small but it had everything I needed. Overall, pretty happy with my stay.

The rooms are pretty great, especially the suites - and being up the mountain is a nice spot. Everything was good, no complaints really.
