The host was really friendly and understanding, which saved the day when we arrived after the official check‑in time. Even though we had to wait, she quickly sorted everything out. I left feeling taken care of.

The lady at the front desk was fantastic – she and her husband actually drove us to the hostel when we were struggling with our bags. When we needed to get to the Santiago terminal, they offered to keep our luggage at the hostel for the whole day. Their help turned a stressful part of the trip into something easy.

The bed was surprisingly comfy and we never felt a chill in the room. It was a simple but pleasant place to rest after a day of sightseeing.

Location couldn't be better – right in the city centre and the kitchen was stocked with utensils for cooking. Unfortunately, I noticed some insects that bit me and the bathroom lacked any exhaust fan, which made it feel stuffy. Still, the convenience outweighed the drawbacks.
