The staff were friendly, but the shower was busted, the Wi‑Fi never worked, and the air‑con was out of order.

The lady at reception tried her best to help us, but the property was dirty and the yard looked neglected.

No positives at all. We booked online, but when we got to the front desk they said the price we saw was a mistake and demanded a higher fee. They even insisted we pay in cash, not by card.

The staff were friendly, but the hotel was in rough shape. The wardrobe door was damaged, the bathroom door wouldn’t close, the toilet didn’t flush, and the main door was weak and noisy. The sheets were old and the room was dusty—couldn’t sleep at all.
