The whole staff were hospitable, especially the sales manager Milena, who was very professional and ensured my stay was incredible. The room lacked a tea/coffee pot and an iron, but they ironed my clothes for free because they didn’t want to leave those items in the room for safety reasons.

The location was good, the room was fine, and the front‑desk clerk Lina took care of us so we left satisfied even though the dinner was a bit disappointing until Milena stepped in—thanks 🙏🏻. The breakfast didn’t really reflect the hotel’s level, but once the service improved we left satisfied, and they are truly amazing.

They gave us a nice upgrade for our anniversary and a sea‑view room—thanks for that. The view and bed were really enjoyable. Unfortunately, the positives faded quickly. One of the shower doors was missing, so every time we showered the whole bathroom flooded. The shower bracket was broken and barely held up. The sink was extremely inconvenient—almost no space for personal items. Breakfast turned out to be quite mediocre. We also discovered that the beach in front of the hotel isn’t owned by the hotel, and you have to pay for loungers and umbrellas. I think that crucial information should be clearly stated in advance. The hotel has no parking; the nearest paid lot is about a six‑minute walk away, and the way back involves a steep uphill. In the end, the price doesn’t match the quality of services or the condition of the room. It’s a shame because the beautiful view and the thoughtful upgrade could have made the stay much better.

The location was great, and breakfast was good. We ended up being moved to a nearby hotel for one night. We had given laundry to be washed, but the white items came back gray‑pink, clearly indicating a problem.
