Nothing. We made the reservation, arrived at the hostel and nobody attended us, and they didn't answer calls or messages; we had to go back because we couldn't find a hotel, very bad, everything was closed.

The view was great, but the place felt unsafe and there was no one around to help, so I couldn't figure out how to contact the staff.

The peace and the hosts’ hospitality were wonderful, and everything else was fine—no complaints at all.

The location was really good, yet the cleanliness and service left a lot to be desired; the kitchen was extremely sparse and poorly equipped, and the place was visibly dirty in several spots. It was also annoying that dogs were everywhere and even dog waste was scattered around the grounds, and the staff seemed neither attentive nor helpful. Overall, we expected more for the price.
