The hotel was more than wonderful—thanks for the food, the staff always wore smiles, and they constantly aimed to make guests comfortable. The style was very refined, and a special thanks to Mr. Moharram at reception who worked hard to satisfy us and ensured my comfort so our stay felt special, especially since we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. He even upgraded our room, showing how much they care about making our wedding memory unforgettable. Thanks again to him and to the hotel management ❤️. There was nothing we didn’t like; the hotel was fantastic, service exceeded five stars, and the management was excellent. Mr. Moharram was one of the finest receptionists I’ve met in any hotel. I won’t book at any other hotel in Ras Al Khaimah besides Sofitel.

The staff were great; we received an upgrade to the villa, and at checkout Elmera was extremely helpful in arranging a late check‑out that we really needed – the whole family loved it.
