“This location made it easy to visit a lot of landmarks on my list!”

Location, location, location—walking distance to everything! The AC worked amazingly to keep us cool after long humid walks. The room has a little porch that I enjoyed in the mornings while listening to the roosters, so I would stay here again. The carpet was disgusting; I didn’t feel comfortable not wearing shoes in the room, and the tile in the shower was old but nice and needed a good scrubbing; I really hated getting in there barefooted. Next time I’ll bring shoes just for that. I give it 8.0/10.

The spot is unbeatable for the price, everything’s just a 5‑minute walk away, and the place fit us perfectly. The only downside was the stairs – unavoidable no matter which unit you book in the Keys.

“Loved that it was walking distance from downtown but creaky floor had to be annoying for people down on first floor”

The bed was comfy and we enjoyed the little deck, but parking was an issue.

“We loved it and will be back.”

The room accommodated three travelers well, with a separate space for our single friend; the beds were comfortable, the shower huge and beautiful, and there were plenty of towels. It was very close to Duval, spotless, and we’ll definitely return to Key West and recommend it to friends. We preferred this room over 104 across the street from our last stay. The only thing we could suggest is a few more hangers for clothes – we had only two for three people, but otherwise it’s fine.
