It was quiet, except for the rooster that crowed all night 😅. The hosts were smiling and helpful, and the fried rice was the best on our trip! There's nothing nearby, but it’s fine for a layover night.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. I requested laundry in the evening for the next day, and it was handled smoothly. The accommodation was excellent for a short stay, and it was quiet before my flight the following day.

I only stayed one night but had a great time! The room was clean and comfortable, hot water was available, Wi‑Fi was good, and water refills were free. Breakfast was delicious. The family was very friendly and arranged transfers from the airport and other spots in North Sumatra at reasonable rates. The restaurant food was excellent. It’s far from the city center, but Grab works well if you need to go in. I’d definitely return if I’m back in Medan.

We booked an airport shuttle with them (about an hour); driver Irham was perfect and helped us get a SIM card and some food along the way. We also booked a shared taxi through Bua to Bukit Lawang, which was great (210k per person). We stayed only one night, but it was perfect after a long flight. The nasi goreng for breakfast was delicious! The air conditioning in the room was nice, especially since it was very hot in Medan. It was convenient that we could refill our water bottles for free. The bathroom had a slight unpleasant odor.
