The apartment was very clean and well maintained—clear evidence that the owner cares a lot about cleanliness. It was well equipped, had a large fridge, a comfortable bathroom and a very comfortable bed. The great plus was the efficient air‑conditioning that worked so well, especially for our mops, so we hardly needed our own fan. The pool was also very clean and we could use it every day. The owner was very helpful and gladly recommended good restaurants nearby. The house rules are quite detailed and can feel demanding at first, but ultimately they’re a good solution—every rule is clear and everyone knows what to expect. The only minor inconvenience was having to move luggage because the car can’t drive directly to the apartment. For travelers with a lot of luggage this might be a bit annoying. Overall we’re very satisfied with the stay and will probably come back.

“Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage”

The place was very nice and tidy. The garden and especially the pool were well kept—nothing to complain about. The apartment itself was also nice and clean. Air‑conditioning in every room. The host Sabina was constantly around, making sure guests felt comfortable. I don’t really have any negatives.

“Breve vacanza in famiglia”

Sabina is a fantastic host—very kind and caring, treating us like a mother. When we ran into some difficulties she immediately sprang into action to help us in every possible way. The agriturismo’s location is very advantageous for visiting Val di Cecina. The cleanliness is excellent and the garden with pool is fantastic. Highly recommended.
