The breakfast was good and generous; the hotel sits on a hill, giving a fantastic view. One evening we sat outside, and after a few minutes and after I went into the restaurant, we were served. I ate a cookie in my room and left crumbs on the floor that were not cleaned up.

The location is ideal for trips to the South Styrian Wine Road or nearby hikes, and the balcony view of the vineyards is phenomenal; the garden area with the pool was very inviting. The breakfast was average, and unfortunately, during breakfast time, the buffet was rarely restocked. The staff started clearing and cleaning parts of the breakfast area that were no longer occupied very early, even while guests were still eating. Apparently, this hotel and its restaurant also cater to tour groups, and they do not always behave politely in the outdoor restaurant terrace area (volume of their own music, etc.). In the afternoons or during the day, you have to tolerate this.

The food is good, the staff friendly, and the pool, sauna, steam bath, and infrared are great; the property is beautiful, and we had rooms with a wonderful view of the vineyards. Breakfast is often noisy because of groups and buses.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff friendly, but there should be more storage in the bathroom, such as towel holders.

The location was perfect, but the trash cans in the bathroom were sometimes not emptied.
