“Fabulous location. Amazing host. Great facilities”
The location was convenient, the facilities were good, and the host was helpful.

The spot is spot on, just a 3‑minute stroll to the main square, and the lift works fine. The flat was spotless and they cleaned it every day. The bed was super comfy. Breakfast was continental with fresh fruit and coffee supplies. The host was super friendly, gave us a quick rundown of the must‑see spots, and answered any question instantly. I couldn’t find anything to complain about.

The location is amazing, with everything you need for a short to medium stay. The pillows weren’t great and there were no alternatives in the room.

Wonderful accommodation in the heart of Bologna, close to everything. Sonia, the owner, was an excellent communicator and considerate. Her daughter Francesca welcomed us at check in. She speaks excellent English and was smart, professional, and very helpful with recommendations for exploring Bologna. Ana, the custodian, was also very kind and thoughtful. They kindly allowed us an early check-in and stored our luggage after check-out, which made our visit much easier. We felt very welcomed, private, and safe throughout our stay. The accommodation is modern and well-maintained, with an excellent shower and elevator. The complimentary gourmet desserts, cakes, yogurt, juice, and fresh fruit were also a lovely touch
Sonia was incredibly warm and welcoming. The property itself is perfect—central, comfortable, and clean.
