“Quiet and Beautiful”

The bed was surprisingly comfy and the room felt spacious enough to move around without bumping into anything. We liked having a little terrace to step out onto, and the breakfast spread was solid. The tiny sauna was a nice bonus, and the staff were genuinely welcoming – I can’t think of anything that bothered me.

This place is absolutely stunning – everything from the timeless décor to the high‑quality furnishings feels carefully chosen. The tea and coffee in the lounge were tasty, the bathroom boasts a generous shower, and the bed was very comfortable; cleanliness was spot‑on. The real highlight was the private garden with its own terrace and garden furniture, plus a sauna and a breakfast that was simply out of this world.

Katie really knows how to host – she stocked the place with everything we could need and then some. The spot is quiet and relaxing, just a short ride from both Ghent and Bruges, and the garden adds a nice touch; the finished bathroom and comfy bed were also great. The breakfasts she served were downright dreamy, setting the tone for a happy day ahead.
