The location is fine, right in the heart of the city, but the bed covers and pillow covers were the worst I've seen—unclean and never washed.

I didn't like anything about it, and the location was also a drawback.

I booked expecting a complimentary breakfast, yet the hotel told me there was none; on top of that, some inserts kept flying into the room and the bathroom water was lagging.
