Beautiful location and a simple cabana with a wonderful family taking care of everything. Amazing place if you want to take some time off and relax. Amazing local meals, with refreshing king coconut juice and fruit.
The dinner was incredibly tasty and the host was very kind, and being surrounded by nature meant no traffic at all. Ants are unavoidable in that setting, but that's just part of nature :) Also, there's no hot water, which is refreshing in the morning.

We had a great time in this beautifully located cottage. The staff cared for us movingly. In addition to breakfast and dinner, they surprised us with a welcome and farewell drink, fresh mango, and a breakfast beverage.

The jungle hideaway was fantastic, and the family running it took care of every request; the stay was amazing and the food was the best I've had in Sri Lanka. I did feel restricted because we weren't allowed to leave the property on our own and the space seemed limited.

The place was wonderful, surrounded by nature and exuding a calm atmosphere that really relaxed us. The hospitality and service level were very kind. Unfortunately, the pool was under maintenance and we only found out after booking, with no possibility of cancellation; if the pool is a priority, check with the hosts beforehand.
