We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Torquay and would highly recommend it! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a warm smile. The lady at reception was incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. All the hotel staff were also very kind, respectful, professional and always willing to help whenever we needed anything. Our room was spacious and lovely, with clean bed linen, a very comfortable bed and a spotless bathroom. We also had a beautiful sea view, which made our stay even more special. Honestly, I have nothing negative to say about this hotel. For us, it deserves a 10 out of 10 without hesitation! I will definitely recommend it to all my friends, and if we visit Torquay again, we will absolutely stay at this hotel once more. We especially loved the atmosphere in the evenings and the live music. The singers who performed on Saturday and Sunday evening were fantastic and made our stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so lovely and memorable. We really enjoyed every moment and will definitely be back! ❤️

The staff were very welcoming and the ambience was lovely, with other guests also nice and polite. Unfortunately, the shower temperature fluctuated and scalded both my partner and me, so we couldn’t shower the kids.

The room looked new and was in a good location, but the overall décor was very dated except for the floor we stayed on. The first impression was not good. The staff were friendly but very disorganised; while waiting for our room with other guests, a coach arrived and we were yelled at to come and get our keys, which was very unprofessional.

Check‑in was easy and the staff were nice. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed that gave us a good night’s sleep. The bathroom was a bit tired, but it didn’t bother us.
