“I didn't enjoy the stay the place need to be upgraded”

The place is in a quiet spot which I like. The room was extremely cold and the shower didn’t have hot water.

The room was in good condition, but I didn’t even sleep; I had to move to another place and would like a refund. The blankets, shower, and especially the door handles were bad; I really want my money back.
