We had a very good stay. The property sits on a busy road, about a 15‑minute walk to the beach and nature reserve. The rooms face a small alley with green bushes, so keeping the curtains closed keeps traffic noise out. The room is basic but spacious and clean, and the bathroom is similar. It’s not luxurious, but it served as a solid base in Ao Nang and kept us away from the busy party road. The shower head was a bit wonky and had low pressure.

The hallway from the room to the street was fine. The room did not match the photo and was far too small: a 160 cm bed in a 2.2 m × 2.2 m room.

The room, bed, AC, and balcony were all great. The place had everything we needed, and we also rented a motorbike from them. The lady who runs the place was very kind and helpful.
