The staff were courteous. Everything else was fine.

It wasn’t far from Ferrara, so we reached it easily for a festival even though the hotel was in another city. The building is old‑style with carpet everywhere, and most importantly there’s no breakfast option.

The hotel was extremely dirty, with poor cleaning and an awful smoke smell, especially in one of the two rooms. Everything else was just bad.

I liked the location, but the price was a bit high. The shower had one side open and flooded the bathroom, and the coffee service at reception was lacking.
