“Great scenery , clear weather for nice sunrise , the site limited value for a one-night stay .”

I had planned for self‑catering and ended up being the only guest, which was a learning curve for the glamping pod setup; I used the air‑bed I brought on the floor because the higher beds on either side made me worry I’d fall off. I was uneasy about the slope of the car‑park entrance, and although I managed to leave around 7 am, it took me three tries to get onto the tarmac farm access road after it had rained overnight.

The location was stunning with lovely facilities that made the stay easy and comfortable. We were a hen‑do and had the whole site to ourselves. It was so lovely, communal, and made for a memorable weekend.

I stayed with my husband and 2 teenagers and we have a wonderful time. The location was stunning, the cooking and washing facilities were great (even my self-confessed fussy husband agreed) and we really liked the pods. Amazing starry sky at night too! Overall everything exceeded our expectations. The kids went on a pony trek (hack?) in the hills the next day with a riding centre that's just down the road, which was also a special experience

Stayed here for 1 night during the Hay festival. The pods were as expected. A matress was provided and they pods were clean Appreciated the light and the electric socket. The whole set up was nice with a communal area that had cooking facilities and benches to sit out under cover. The surroundings and views were great. Nice place to chill. Met our needs and the location was great so nothing we disliked
