The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable, plus the hotel supplied good towels and bedding, but the reception staff were very rude and didn't bother to help me at all, they were just clocking in and doing the bare minimum; I wouldn't return because of that.

The location was excellent, the breakfasts were as good as those in the USA, and it was nice that the hotel offered a cold pool with fruit water all day despite the high temperature; iguanas were by the pool.

From the moment we checked into the Truman Hotel we had a truly great experience during our two‑night stay; the check‑in gentleman was very helpful, the room suited our needs perfectly, and even though we didn't use it there was a pool that looked very appealing on a hot day.
