The hotel sits right in the heart of the Südschwarzwald, with a warm welcome, kindness, and availability, plus a nice spa.

The meals were excellent, nothing to criticize, the breakfast was perfect, the spa was very clean and family‑friendly, the bedding was perfect, and the location was superb; the staff were more than adorable and attentive, and the kids’ playroom was really great—teens loved it! The only downside might be that the water could have been a bit warmer, and the price of bottled water was slightly high.

The facilities and atmosphere are magnificent, with quiet zones, proximity to the forest, a pool and a natural pond for swimming, family- and couple-friendly arrangements, separate dining areas and swimming times, play corners, and a very well thought-out setup; the staff are extremely friendly.
