Very clean and close to everything. Parking for cars was problematic: we had to park on a street away from the property. There was parking on the premises, but it was so tight that getting in was hard, and then other cars would block you.

The property is perfectly located for access to the beach and the SW coastal path as well as Falmouth Town. The owners are friendly and kind, breakfast is great and really sets us up for our day. The beds are comfy, and having a smart TV is nice. Nothing.
