The room was clean and I had a wonderful stay; breakfast was excellent, but please make sure to wipe the wall at least once every six months, and the TV only had the usual channels—no Netflix or other apps.

The bed was clean and comfortable, but the reception staff was very unpleasant and refused every request.

Reception staff were present, yet the bathroom lacked soap, shaving items, and a few other essentials; the fridge didn’t work, the sleeping units were poor, and on the seventh floor there’s a pool and café but no air‑conditioning or fans despite the heat; the coffee shop staff were slow and very bad.
