Unfortunately i was booked from booking. Com and i call the property to early check-in at 1pm and i shocked then the guy says you don't have any booking here i provide booking confirmation in whatsup but he also denied then argued too much then he says wait some time like half hour then one hour then half hour the gm property call me and say come to the property he accommodate me then i reached property he give me a deluxe room instead of shealy say give you tomorrow the tommoro also not give and i stay in deluxe room on same price its i case but in the stay of hotel is v good staff is also good gm is nice person. Reservations issue i tell complete story

The overall ambiance, the staff, the room furnishings, the style of the cottages, the garden, and the scenery were absolutely stellar. The staff and their courtesy were exemplary. Waking up to the views was breathtaking and the food was extremely delicious, almost like home. There wasn’t anything to dislike about this beautiful property in Kalam. Highly recommended.
