“Misleiding!”

We had no idea that the resort was under renovation when we arrived, and we never received any notice about it. We were told we could stay, but there were no staff present, and they forced us to move to another location in the city. I had specifically chosen this resort to avoid crowds, so after a tiring flight we decided to go to the alternative site. The hotel did nothing to compensate us; they promised a free breakfast, which was already included in our reservation. The room was only mediocre at best. I would advise others not to book here because you don’t get what you pay for.

I only spent two nights at this hotel, but it left a lasting impression. The room was spotless, and the breakfast was more than satisfactory. What really stood out, however, was the hotel's thoughtful gesture of bringing a cake to celebrate my stay. The staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially the lovely ladies Yumi and the young man who helped us. It was a lovely touch that made our stay even more special.

“Wunderschönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Personal und tollem Garten”

I had a wonderful experience with the hotel staff, who were extremely friendly and helpful. However, the location was a bit of a letdown, as there's no direct access to a beach and the nearest beach was unfortunately littered. On a positive note, the hotel's location allowed us to embark on fantastic excursions to the southern part of the island, where there's plenty to see and discover.

My stay had its ups and downs - the hotel's location was great, close to beautiful beaches, and the owners even offered free transportation to the nearest beach. However, I was disappointed to find the hotel quite dirty, with poorly cleaned rooms, stained towels, and trash scattered in the garden. Although the property manager made an effort to make up for it, I believe hygiene should be a top priority. Despite being worn down, I could have overlooked it if the cleanliness was better.

I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay special. My brother's birthday was a memorable occasion, as they surprised him with a delicious cake. The reception staff were truly exceptional and made us feel like royalty.
