The team was young and energetic, but the room felt like it hadn't been cleaned in months.

The spot was great, and the staff were super friendly. The receptionist, who was the only English speaker, went out of her way to help us—really nice and chatty. On the downside, the room had no AC, the breakfast was weak, and there was no English menu.

I was shocked to find we weren't given our confirmed booking. The room we were offered had already been assigned to someone else. I was really upset.

Breakfast was delicious, the vibe was calm and cozy, and there was a nice kids' corner with books and board games. It's close to an eco trail, and the young, lively staff made the stay even better. I'd definitely come back.
