Breakfast was decent, but an hour before closing many items were missing, like eggs, fruit, and yogurt. I paid for a room and the receptionist gave me a much lower‑quality one, and when I complained she was dismissive.

It’s within walking distance of the city center, but the place was very old and the bathroom was filthy—full of dirty spots that looked almost like mold.

The breakfast spread was impressive, but I booked as the main guest with two rooms and a garage spot. Every message kept using the wrong name and promised a fix that never happened—just a chatbot. When we arrived, the staff said the garage spot wasn’t reserved even though I had confirmation. It turned out the spot was under the second room’s name, not mine, and I’d already told them several times that I was the main guest and it should be corrected. Chatbots feel impersonal and don’t seem to solve anything in the system; a real person would have been better.

The breakfast was great, but the entire complex should be thoroughly renovated and modernized.

Conveniently located near the station and the bed was good, but I had a room on the fourth floor and because of the glass windows toward the upper levels, light was already in the bedroom by 5 am.
