The staff here really go above and beyond to help you out. I was a bit worried about the room size, but it's actually pretty spacious compared to some of the newer hotels I've stayed in. The staff are super friendly and always willing to lend a hand, whether you've got a question or just need some advice. Overall, it's a great place to stay, especially if you're looking for a bit of extra support.

We were really impressed with the size and cleanliness of our room - it was huge and spotless, and the parking area was massive too. The staff even went out of their way to make sure our driver was comfortable, with fresh sheets and a pillow. And the best part? Breakfast and dinner were included in our booking, which was a lovely surprise. The restaurant was lively and fun, with great music and delicious food - and the staff were super friendly, especially when we had our little one with us.

Unfortunately, our stay here was a bit of a disaster. We booked a room through the hotel's website, but when we arrived, it turned out that the room wasn't even available. To make matters worse, the details on the website were completely fake - it was like they were trying to scam us. With kids and family in tow, it was a really uncomfortable experience, and I wouldn't recommend booking through this hotel's portal.
