The facilities, comfort, and security were great. The breakfast fell below the usual top standard, I was charged a higher price for room service, there were fewer options than normal, and the front‑desk attendant who handled payment and breakfast service was poorly attended.

The bed was comfortable, the duvet was good, and the reception staff were helpful. I found the bathroom bad, with no window or ventilation, which made it smell unpleasant.

Quarto, atendimento e café da manhã. Bem, eu havia reservado o hotel principalmente por possuírem piscina coberta e aquecida. Porém ao chegar no hotel, disseram que a piscina estava em manutenção devido ao derramamento de óleo na água. Entretanto isso não foi comunicado na reserva, o que caracteriza-se como propaganda enganosa. Gostaria de solicitar um reembolso ou desconto referente ao que me foi cobrado. Aguardo um posicionamento a respeito
