The hotel is fantastic and in a great spot, just a short walk from the historic center of Kalisz. A very friendly lady at reception welcomed me; we chatted about cycling trips, and I still think of her positively. The room, bathroom, and linens were spotless and tidy. Throughout my stay, I ate the best breakfast there—everything fresh, with a wide selection of cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, etc. The lady in the dining area even offered to make an omelette or scrambled eggs at a separate station. I highly recommend this hotel and send warm regards to the reception.

However, the rooms were already in a poor state, with patched wallpaper, worn rugs, curtains that fell when pulled, and a shower that barely worked. The hotel could be fine, but it clearly needs a renovation.
