It was centrally located and easy to get in and out. The room matched the pictures. The accommodation never contacted me, even when I sent messages through both the booking platform and WhatsApp. There was missing information about where to throw trash; we assumed someone would drop by to fix such things, but that never happened.

“It was okay, but next time I wouldn’t pay this price if the things I mentioned weren’t fixed.”

The property’s location was very convenient, making it easy to walk to the city’s main spots. We loved the comfortable bed. The shower’s water system was a bit slow for warm water, and whenever the bathroom was used you could hear the loud boiler next to the bed. The AC was broken, so we had to keep the windows open, but the loud neighbors made sleeping difficult. It was also annoying to use three different digital lock keys on your phone to access the doors to your room. Check‑in was a hassle and included a hidden 40€ city tax for my wife and me.

We entered and still found garbage in the customer bins, and in the fridge two types of beer that seemed to belong to previous guests. The bathroom drain in the cabinet leaked constantly, towels were torn, and the neon lights in the room started making a noise, forcing us to turn off the lights. The lamp near the bed had a broken bulb that couldn’t be lit. The site made it look nice, but it was really bad.
