We snagged the tent I adored and everything else was great, especially the family of deer that lounged right outside our back door—it was so cool. The staff were really nice, the jetted tub was big and the bed super comfy, and the place was quiet and peaceful. The only gripe was that the bedroom TV had no channels, but there was another TV in the living room so it wasn’t a big deal.

Absolutely nothing this massive man came banging on the door at 11 pm scaring us women calling and harassing and demanding double pay. Scared us so badly we left that night asked for refund and now we are complaining to every place we can. They need to be shut down. Filthy place , fire and fall hazard and bed bugs. Nasty. The room assigned to me was quite dirty and ridiculously overpriced for what you get. I get that it’s car week and occupancy is limited, but it’s insane how hotels can charge an arm and a leg for half‑a‑** effort. It looks great from the outside, but once you go through any of the doors, it’s a major let‑down.

I was extremely let down by the Rosedale Inn. We had a confirmed reservation and an early check‑in confirmed separately, yet the front desk said no rooms were available. They likely overbooked us for a higher price because of a local event. When we asked for help, the staff laughed and outright refused to assist, which is unprofessional and left us stranded. I would advise booking elsewhere.

The room had a small chair and table for chatting over a drink, plus plates, spoons, and a fork in the room, an extra blanket, and a pillow. However, the coffee pot was broken, the fireplace switch wouldn’t turn on, and there were many minor but noticeable signs of wear: cuts in the wallpaper, poorly patched plumbing, and slightly ripped screens that let you open the windows for airflow.
