“Total de tudo foi ótimo”

I’ve stayed here twice; the room was very small at first, but since I only needed to sleep and shower I managed fine. The front desk staff and the location are the best for me, so I always give it a 10. The only downside was the room’s child‑sized feel, but it met my purpose.

The location is great, and the breakfast room gives a clear view of the nearby Japan House, which is easy to reach. The breakfast itself was simple and didn’t include scrambled eggs, but it was still possible to have a decent meal.

“Desconfortável”

There was a lack of order: I had to wake up at 6 am because of loud people, kids running in the hallway, and nothing was done by the hotel staff. I had to leave the room to ask for silence, and even then it wasn’t resolved. I called reception, but no one answered, even though they claim to be 24 h.
