The space was free and relaxed, the friends were welcoming, and living and sleeping among nature and art felt just right—neither too much nor too little, simply perfect. I wanted a spot where I could be free and sleep close to nature without feeling wild, and this place delivered that balance, letting me sleep like a baby every night. It’s ideal for anyone chill enough to appreciate this kind of happy, slow life, with massage, food, nature, and people all in harmony.

Latehouse is a very nature‑close homestay, perfect for stress relief, built over five years by owner Toby with a story‑filled designer vibe. At night there’s a bar with music for relaxation. Each room has its own style and flavor. Toby let me try canoeing for the first time, getting close to nature; fish swam freely in the river. Sriphala café, also designed by Toby, is excellent. I could stay an entire afternoon here without a problem. Toby is very helpful with transportation, offering pick‑ups from Ampawa or Meekong Market. Friends who love nature should definitely visit; there are many new activities to try and it’s a great place to unwind for a day. I’ll definitely come back.
