The location was convenient, yet the room was quite dirty and smelled like cigarettes; garbage and cigarette butts were visible on the windows. We asked the manager to relocate us, but he insisted no rooms were available (the booking system had shown otherwise). Instead, a cleaner sprayed perfume around the room, which didn’t really fix the issue.
