The location was spot‑on, the staff were friendly, competent and available, breakfast was perfect, the hotel was clean and functional, yet the building feels dated and would benefit from a refresh, especially since only every other elevator is in good shape.

The bed was comfy and the bathtub was a treat, breakfast was outstanding, but city noise and the room’s poor soundproofing need improvement.

From the 9th‑floor room with floor‑to‑ceiling windows the view was gorgeous, the staff were extremely kind and courteous, their initiative and politeness deserve kudos, the central location is great, and the overall room comfort and bedding quality were excellent; the only gripe is the parking’s lack of proper electric charging stations, leaving a flimsy extension cord on the floor.
