“Nicht zufriedenstellender Aufenthalt”

We liked how close it was to the S-Bahn and appreciated the free parking in the underground garage. However, we were self‑catering and only used the kitchen for breakfast. Upon arrival, we were shocked by the surroundings of the apartment. Inside, there were many defects. There was no place to relax comfortably, like a sofa or armchair; we could only watch TV in bed. None of the four beds had a way to turn on lights at night. Power was supplied through loose extension cords with triple plugs. There was no way to hang clothes—no wardrobe or coat rack. The bathroom was outdated. It was impossible to position yourself at the sink because of the narrow space next to the shower enclosure. The price for this apartment is absolutely unjustified! Half the price would be reasonable. It’s outrageous!

A pleasant, comfortable hotel in a good location. The staff were helpful and allowed me an early check‑in, which made organizing my business trip easier.

Everything was very clean and in a great location, the staff were excellent and understanding. Everything was very nice.

The rooms are well equipped and you can stay relaxed for a few days. The area is very quiet and the accommodation is easily reachable from the main train station. Everything went super well and was simple.

“Functional and well equipped flat in perfect situation of Harburg.”

Breakfast and microwave meals are excellently set up. The coffee machine is good, grains and tea bags are available, but proper cooking supplies are less complete. The balcony is nice, the beds are good, and there are plenty of towels. Shops are all around and public transport is right outside the door. It was perfect for our needs, but for a longer stay more cooking supplies might be helpful.
